Sleep Medicine

Our sleep medicine team focuses on clinical and translational research of sleep-related disorders, with a particular emphasis on obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and its impact on cardiopulmonary function, metabolic health, and quality of life. We integrate sleep medicine, respiratory medicine, and engineering technology to establish a clinically valuable sleep assessment and monitoring research system. By combining AIoT technology with intelligent sensing, long-term physiological signal acquisition, and artificial intelligence analysis, we are developing non-invasive, continuous sleep and respiratory function monitoring methods to improve the accuracy of OSA screening, assessment, and tracking. While promoting research, we adhere to the patient-centered care philosophy and feed the research results back into clinical practice, applying them to the diagnosis, risk assessment, and personalized care of sleep disorders and sleep-related breathing. We hope to continuously improve the quality of patient care and overall health and well-being through close integration of research and clinical practice.
